About me

BIO

I completed my formal training as a Mental Health Counselor at The Seattle School of Theology and Psychology with a Masters in Counseling Psychology. In 2015, I started my private practice where I have been helping my clients heal in their relationships, become more authentic, and experience more and more freedom from shame, anxiety, and feelings of despair. Through my experience with clients of all ages, I have found that underneath the wounds and scars of each individual is a person seeking to be seen with kindness and respect. Many of us have experienced messages of shame that us convince that there’s something wrong with us. With my clients and their families, I foster an environment that addresses and explores messages of shame so that they can find healing from the past, resolution in the present, and hope for the future.
